Roles and Responsibilities:
- Selected employee will work in Safejob's Inside Sales team and play a crucial part in the journey:
- Identify and solve problems, by enabling the team to understand the customer's perspective and create relevant strategies/ solutions
- Call on leads and generate revenue for the organization
- Plan and Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue
- Design and oversee all aspects of our Sales department including our Sales database, WhatsApp Messaging and Email
- Converting leads from Warm-Hot-Closure stage using relevant strategies
- Converting leads into paid customer
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a data driven individual who has the passion to change the education sector. Here are some pointers on who would be the right fit for our role -
- Someone with great communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, along with a strong sense of structuring and presenting
- Fluency in Hindi & English language
- Someone who's target driven and comfortable in handling different conflicts.
- Someone who can do sales over calls and make healthy relations with customers
- Someone who can work around strategy along with Head of Growth
Salary:
3,60,000 Rs Lakhs Per Annum ( 2,40,000 Rs Fixed + 1,20,000 Rs Performance Based)
