Responsibilities/Capabilities
Deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Counselling new inquiries, taking feedback and follow-ups
- Converting inquiries into admissions
- Confident and presentable personality with positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong pitching capabilities
- Ensure planning and implementation of online outreach activities and update data
- Effective follow up of all candidates for enrolment
- Payment collection
- Continued engagement with participants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fresher's & 1 -2 years of experience in inside sales or business development through calls.
- Educational sales experience - in telephonic counseling /admissions is preferred.
- Be proficient in communication and speak convincingly.
