Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth in the education sector. This role involves handling outbound and inbound sales calls to engage educational institutions and alumni. Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi, with additional proficiency in one of the following regional languages: Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, or Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to educational institutions and alumni, leveraging provided databases to drive conversions.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally, providing product and service information to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to facilitate partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication and persuasive skills. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Languages:
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Additional proficiency in Kannada, or Tamil (specific to each role).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
