We are hiring for an online platform providing digital skills training to help individuals acquire the skills they need to thrive in the digital economy. They provide rigorous online training in disciplines such as Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Data Science, among others.
The Job
Key responsibilities areas :
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/ upselling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the Real Estate and Insurance industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
