- Strong customer support / tele calling experience.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytic ability.
- Decision making skills. Working knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and strict time guide lines.
- Graduates would be preferred.
Language Preference : English & Hindi mandate + Kannada/Tamil or Marathi preferred
