Job Description:
Company seeking BDE, the ideal candidate will be one who focuses on achieving the quota by growing revenues in existing customers as well as penetrating new Customers. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an Customer coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. The Learning Advisor will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication. He/she should be Techno savvy.
Responsibilities :
- Managing Sales and Business Development activities for IT Training- Public.
- Meeting the Monthly and Quarterly Budgets
- Working with the AVP - Sales and Marketing to Develop and Implement GTM for Enrolments - (Monthly and Quarterly)

- Outreach initiatives
- Events
- Webinars
- Seminars
- Maintaining and increasing Database of Individuals and Corporates .
- Developing extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of Emerging technologies.
- Attending Enquiry calls and walk-in visits for training requirements
- Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls
- Corporate client follow up to generate new leads ..
- Analyzing the training requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives of training
- Understanding client requirement, submission of business proposal & closure of the deal.
- Arranging open workshops on various technologies on individual basis..
- Maintaining customer relationship by sending greetings and mailers on festive occasions.
- Will be responsible for complete execution

Qualifications :
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Decent emerging technology orientation
- Good presentation and selling skills
- Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.
- Must be target driven. Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment
- Ability of handle work load and work pressure
- Willingness to travel
