Executive - Inside Sales/Business Development - IT (0-1 yrs)
Position : Inside Sales Business Development Executive
Stipend : 8-12K Per Month
Duration : 6 Months
Role & Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our Products.
- Maintain and track contact information of potential clients.
- Initiate outbound calls to qualify leads and provide product information.
- Schedule appointments for in-person meetings to showcase our Products and offer personalized consultations.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Address post-visit queries and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional our products or services.
- Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and improvement opportunities to the marketing team.
Required Skills :
- Very good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Good communication skills (verbal) in the respective local language.
- Should possess clarity of thought and ability to present proposals to customers in a crisp manner.
- Strong customer interaction & negotiation skills
- Ability to drive the sales for the region at independent level.
- Must be able to work independently with self-discipline and motivation.
