A reputed VFX and Audio Visual Production Company in Pune India, is looking for Inside Sales Executive (with experience in USA and APAC market) and Business Development Executive/Manager ( with exp international & domestic market) on an urgent basis.
Job Description for Inside Sales position:
- Assist in meeting or exceeding sales target
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients
- Finding & creating new opportunities on regular basis from the set of leads assigned
- Research and identify key decision makers within target companies
- Call prospects from lead sources and qualify for sales opportunities
- Explain services and benefits to potential clients
- Capture and maintain accurate and complete information
- Generating minimum qualified test/pilot projects for services per quarter
- Attend sales meetings and provide sales activities reports
- Any other responsibilities as & when assigned
Specific Skill Set:
- 2 to 4 yrs of sales-related B2B experience
- Must be able to make outbound phone calls and be able to handle rejection
- Familiarity with the US and APAC market
- Well versed with all tools of MS office
- Web research experience
- Active listening & service orientation
- Exceptional organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Exceptional selling & influencing skills
- Strong communicator (both oral and written) in English
- Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented

Job Description for Business Development Executive/Manager (for international & domestic market)
- Prepare marketing plan and revenue forecast for various service lines
- Execution, monitoring and regular update of the marketing plan
- Achieve revenue & customer targets by service lines
- Good understanding of digital marketing and be able to effectively co-ordinate with the digital agency and website developer
- Lead Generation - find /create new opportunities and on-board international & domestic strategic clients
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, case studies, marketing materials / collaterals, client communications, marketing campaigns, etc. in consultation with the business head
- Client Servicing - Explain services and benefits to potential clients; nurture long-term relationship with strategic international and domestic clients
- Proactively scheduling face-to-face meeting with local / domestic leads and clients
- CRM maintaining & updating CRM accurately and in timely manner
- Any other responsibilities as & when assigned
