Executive - Inside Sales - BFS (1-3 yrs)

Brief Job Description:
- Our Client is looking for telesales executives to perform an Inside Sales role, selling their services to small and medium-sized businesses.
- They require smart and ambitious individuals that want to build a career in Sales & Marketing. Energy and passion are more important than experience and education.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
What We Are Looking For :
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
