Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen interest in the automobile industry. You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our customer base, primarily through phone and online interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Customer Engagement : Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions from our product range.

- Sales Process Management : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.

- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

- Reporting : Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Market Feedback : Gather and relay market and customer feedback to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Experience : At least 6 months of experience in an inside sales role, preferably in the automobile or related industry.

Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to handle and overcome objections effectively.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
