Mission and Scope (About the Job) :
- An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He will be responsible for communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. He should be able to close sales and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role :
- Execute outreach/outbound campaigns (cold calls & emails)
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and extending support
- Assess competition by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities
- Acquire good product knowledge to address questions during the introductory calls to overcome objections of prospective customers
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead-generation targets
- Willing to work during US hours
Qualifications : Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to listen and understand
- Working experience with marketing automation tools such as Mail Chimp etc. and CRM platforms
- Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
- Experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation, pre-call planning, call control, account development
- Time management
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics
- 05-12 years of experience
- Minimum Qualifications
- BE/ B/Tech
- MBA (Added advantage)
