Executive - Inside Sales - Agro Commodities (1-3 yrs)

Position: B2B Inside Sales Executive - Agro Commodities Exports

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location :- CST

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and other communications to prospect and qualify leads for agro commodity exports.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying key decision-makers in target markets.

- Present product offerings, negotiate prices, and address customer inquiries to communicate the value proposition effectively.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities.

- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to achieve sales targets.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Provide regular feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales performance.

- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the agro commodities industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales tools.

- Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of agricultural products and international trade practices is advantageous.

- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
