Executive - Inside Sales (5-15 yrs)

Job Summary :
- We are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales deals. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's needs, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
- Keep up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to provide the best solutions to customers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 6+ years of experience in inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
