Executive - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)
Key Result Areas:
- Developing strong contact database relevant to people focused roles
- Getting appointments with decision makers in organizations
- Conducting branding activities through telephonic and internet based approaches
- Assist sales team in proposal creation
- Achieve the revenue targets set for the year
- Coordinating end-to-end customer delivery process
Activities:
- Research internet and conduct tele-calls to identify prospects for business
- Compile a database of clients for prospecting
- Schedule calls for sales team through telephonic and email approach
- Create customer proposals under the guidance of Sales Consultants
- Maintain activity tracker and MIS
- Map client organizations to understand future requirements and decision making teams
- Conduct initiatives to develop and maintain strong relationships with decision making teams
- Coordinate with client for venue arrangements
- Ensure strong internal coordination for learning kits
- Champion client communication to ensure efficient delivery of projects
Skills Required:
- Graduate in English Medium with fluency in English
- Confidence to conduct business in virtual environment (mail and phone)
- Must possess strong communication, influencing and selling skills
- High level of competency in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must possess strong communication and ability to convince people
- Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must
