Executive - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities of Position:
- Existing Customer Interaction for regular ordering.
- Evaluate sales pipeline on excels to accurately reflect the relative placement of orders to Japan for accurate forecasting/inventory management
- Processing customers' purchase orders (which involves making CI's for processing and include stock selection to utilize the current inventory minimizing wastage and increasing the cutting efficiency).
- Lissoning with the logistics department
(a) For updating the delivery situation to customers
(b) Arranging transportation vehicles for suitable movement of goods keeping in mind the reduction of transportation cost
- Making the first contact with customers for sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Handling small volume customer bases for regular repeated ordering.
- Updating Reports to the HOD on Sales & Forecasting Reports for Planning.
Position Scope:
- Total Strength of the Department: (1 Inside Sales Executive) (1 Inside Sales Manager)
- Direct Report: HOD-TS Department
Attributes/Skill Required :
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software is an added advantage.
