Executive - Inside Sales (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced inside sales candidate with 2-5 years of experience, a proven track record in sales, and a keen ability to drive lead generation, conduct effective cold calling, and excel in initial appointment setting and qualification.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct proactive lead-generation activities through various channels to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Execute effective cold-emailing and calling campaigns to engage prospects and establish initial connections.
- Set and manage initial appointments for the sales head to further qualify leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to accurately maintain and update prospect information.
- Independently handle small-value deals, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
