Executive - Inside Sales (1-6 yrs)
Job Description Responsibilities :
- Identify and communicate customer s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
- Prepare accurate bill of materials by reviewing Technical specifications and Commercial requirements.
- Timely interaction with customers, partners and team via phone and email.
- Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product specification.
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
- Learn and maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Building professional business relationships with customers to understand their requirements and generating more opportunities.
- Assist Marketing team in executing and achieving their business plans.
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company database.
- Communicating with Customers to gain feedback on quotations
