Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
- Inbound : Source new prospects coming in through Website, Trade Portals, Telephonic among -others, and qualify them to handover to the Sales team.
- Outbound : Rigorous cold calling and emailing, working with the Digital team to create customized.
- EDMs for prospects.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and increase the Prospect Database daily.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and the ability to cross-sell on the phone.
- Product Demonstrations
- Follow-up on leads generated by field sales agents.
- Follow up with channel partners for Lead generation and closure calls.
- Online demonstration assistance to the Channels and salesperson
- Online product training to channels.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects if required.
