Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
Role : Executive/Sr. Executive - Tele Sales
Qualification : B.Tech & MBA
Location : Noida
Experience : Minimum 1 Year in Inside Sales
Working Days : Monday - Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well)
Shift Timing : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Interview Round : F2F
CTC : Up to 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA + Incentives
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or Inside Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge and command in sales acumen
- Only inside sales experience is required
- Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 55% aggregate in UG & PG
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends
