Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

Location : Noida Sector 63

Experience : Minimum 1 Year in Inside Sales

Qualification : Graduation

Working Days : 5.5 Days (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)

Role Description :

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, driving lead generation, communication, customer service, and sales-related tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include :

- Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.

- Following up on inbound leads and inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.

- Providing excellent customer service to prospects and existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and achieve company objectives.

- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

- Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services in the market.

- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets consistently.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.

- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
