Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Cold calling, emailing. Connecting via social media channels to generate leads.
- Outbound Calls
- Individual contributor role with the potential to grow into the team lead.
- Calling into US Market only for relevant target segments
- Working in US shift: EST, CST, or PST
- Ability to write convincing emails to generate leads.
- Proven track record of managing monthly quota for lead generation.
- Proven track record of lead generation in the US market for IT and BPO solutions
- Ability to mine data from industry standard sources for cold calling/emailing/generating leads.
Desired Profile:
- Experience - 1 to 3 years
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should be able to present the credentials of an MNC appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A "smiling" phone presence; Cheerful disposition.
- Ability to plan "waves" of communication for the target audience to generate meaningful leads.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Persistence
