Executive - Inside Sales (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

- Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.

- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

Sales Support :

- Assist the sales team in the development and execution of sales strategies.

- Provide product information and support to customers during the sales process.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales Reporting :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 6 months of experience in inside sales or a related field.

- Education : Graduate in any discipline.

Sales Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to persuade and influence others.

- Good negotiation and closing skills.

Customer Focus :

- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Organizational Skills :

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
