Inside Sales Executive - Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years
Industry Preference: EdTech, Insurance, Banking, or any sales-driven domain
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Counsel and guide prospective students/customers on offered products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective conversion of leads.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings to pitch effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales data in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, telecalling, or B2C sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is a bonus.
