Executive - Inside Sales (0-5 yrs)
About Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to acquire as well as generate sales opportunities
- Coordinate between Sales manager and customer and schedule meetings
- Assess the engagement with the potential customers and inform the Sales manager appraising him/her of the situation
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer for addressing all pre-sales concerns, conduct follow-ups and provide assistance as and when required
- Maintain and update the CRM to manage the sales opportunities
- Executive will be working in an office based out of Gurgaon. The role does not need travel to site locations
- Candidates who perform well shall be moved to higher positions within the Homescape team
Qualifications :
- Good communication skills with a knack of convincing and good at objection handling
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Gujarati would be an added advantage. ( One of their prime markets is Gujarat)
Education: Graduate and above
At least 3 months of work experience
Working Days- Alternate Saturday
