Responsible for :
- Works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth.
- Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Customers / Stakeholders: - Soft Suave Clients, CTO, Business Development Manager,Software Developers, Business Analysts
Purpose :
To work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization
Knowledge and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential clients
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Business Intelligence - Knowing all about your business services and products and knowing everything about your competition, which will provide the leverage needed to surpass the competitor.
- Competitive analysis - Necessary competitive analysis needed to identify the company current position, and what competitive advantage the company have over them
- The role of a Business Developer is to assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
- He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups,requirement gathering, communication link between the development team &clients.
- Understand and interpret technical requirements.
- Must be able to take client calls.
- Experience in handling International clients.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
