Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Client Outreach : Engage with prospects to understand their needs and generate interest in our sales training solutions.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover and clear communication of client needs.
- Database Management : Maintain and update the lead and client information database with accurate and detailed information.
- Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless process from lead identification to appointment setting.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and appointment-setting performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in sales training or related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and schedule appointments.
