Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Undertaking the market to determine target customer organizations and key decision-makers Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them in evaluating our solutions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Lead Generation, Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline - Establish partnerships and drive channel sales
- Assessing customers' problem areas and requirements, having technical discussions with customers & preparing techno-commercial proposals to meet the customers' requirements
- Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and perform key account management through commercial negotiation
Required skills and experience :
- At least 0-1 years of experience in IT sales (domestic/international)
- Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, e-commerce solutions
- An accountable person with a "Go-getter" attitude, who can work with minimal supervision Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing deals
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interests
- Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills
- The candidate should be open to travel to meet prospects, customers
Eligibility :
- A Bachelor's degree (any) or MBA (Marketing), MCA or equivalent throughout the first division with 0-1 years' Experience in Sales.
- Must, have excellent analytical skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
- Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work background.
