This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
KPI :
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify and qualify leads.
2. Present and explain our products/services to potential clients over the phone.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
5. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
8. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
9. Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
10. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and other relevant information.
