What you are expected to perform on the job :
- Plan & Execute : Plan and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly plans
- Demonstrate : Showing impressive online demo by explaining product benefits
- Negotiate : Handle prospect objections effectively by giving value proposition
- Close Deals : Close deals with good value and always make it a win-win
- Build Pipeline : Exceed activity to build pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Work collaboratively : Achieve team targets by working with other members
- Convert : Be responsible to convert trial prospects to paid customers
- Follow Process : Track all lead activity and monitor opportunities using CRM software
- Achieve Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0 -4 years software sales experience, preferably selling B2B software is desired
- Ready to work in US Shift
- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exposure to selling SaaS B2B in the international market
- Knowledge in complete sales cycle - Prospecting to Sales Closure
- High motivation and ambition for rapid career & financial growth
- Execution orientation - Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
- Interpersonal skills - Ability to work with different teams
- Attitude to improve product & domain knowledge continuously
- Hunter mentality - Able to work independently, tenacious and goal oriented
Note: Freshers with good academic background and with sound Communication skills and willing to take up a career in sales can also be considered.
