Executive - Inhouse Sales - Consulting (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement :Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
Product Knowledge : Thoroughly understand the range of marble products offered, including slabs, tiles, finishes, and any related accessories.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
Sales Quota Achievement :Meet and exceed sales targets and as by effectively communicating the benefits of our marble products and closing sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional marble products and services as appropriate.
Consultative Selling : Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
Offer tailored solutions and provide expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
Order Processing : Accurately process sales orders and assist with logistics and delivery coordination.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
Customer Support : Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support as needed.
- Handle and document customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to remain competitive.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- CRM and Reporting : Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports to track performance and contribute to sales strategy.
