Role :
Influencer Marketing Executive
Your responsibilities in this role will include :
- Owning Influencer Marketing Channels End to End - identifying the right influencers to collaborate with, negotiate, review content, manage invoicing and payments to influencers
- Take responsibility of metrics like: No. of impressions, CPM (cost per 1000 impressions), CTR (click through rate), Conversion % and Cost per Conversion
- Own the targets around No. of Downloads via Influencer marketing; Plan and manage the Monthly Budget for the same
- Manage all Influencers campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
- Finding, reaching out and interacting with influencers via calls, emails, and social media accounts
- Drive campaigns which are highly targeted based on content affinity of relevant audience segments
- Engage with top micro-influencers operating in India across regions/sectors/platforms
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing & viral content trends; implement these in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
- Identify new marketing opportunities such as new ideas for promotions, online advertising, direct marketing, web presence, and product
- Collaborating with other departments to create innovative content ideas

Requirements :
- Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
- Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Highly positive & never-say-no attitude, always up for challenging work
- Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a conversation
- Ability to negotiate and arrive at the best prices for every campaign;
- Should be willing to Work from Office in Bangalore
- Immediate joiner are preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team
- Good writing and negotiation skills in English. Additional languages a plus
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Graduate and above
