Executive - Influencer Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Name of the Position : Senior Executive - Influencer Marketing Specialist
Reporting to : Marketing Head
Location : Delhi NCR
Department : Marketing
Role Dimensions :
1. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage and oversee influencer marketing by ensuring that campaigns are managed in accordance with agreements & brand standards.
2. On-boarding Social Media Influencers across all Platforms and responsible for the execution of Influencer Marketing Campaigns for Company clients across social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
3. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators through initiating, collaborating & grooming the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers, and build and maintain a strong relationship.
4. Ensure timely deliverables from existing panel of 12-15 key influencers
5. Ensure content control to ensure that it is created in line with the brand standards & is vetted before posting on social channels
6. Research, locate, and engage potential influencers across all channels to build a pipeline of talent.
7. Co-ordinate & plan execution of influencer-partnered event, collaboration plan, campaign and digital campaigns that coordinate with branded initiatives and objectives to ensure delivery.
8. Design end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support marketing initiatives, and brand objectives and guidelines. Also ensuring timely execution of and managing, delivery of influencer campaigns and social media campaigns.
9. Ensure real-time coverage of events on social media platforms.
10. Train the influencers around the brand & brand guidelines they are to promote
11. Provide strategic consultation to social managers and marketing leads around influencer activations and programs for brand campaigns.
12. Day-to-day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc.
13. Analyzing monthly data/reports in line with the deliverables agreed to effectively evaluate and report on project success and achievement of KPIs.

- Experience in negotiating with external partners

Candidate Profile :
- Master's degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience 1-3 years in Influencer Marketing with a good brand
- Strong knowledge of Social Media/Digital Marketing.
- Connected with and having good engagements with top social influencers of F&B industry.
- Experience with influencer costs, what factors drive pricing and how to adjust scopes of services appropriately in a negotiation.
- Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
