- Our client is a sign and visual communications company providing comprehensive visual marketing solutions, products, and services to our clients ( OEMs like Honda, Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, Datsun, Renault, Kia and MG, and their pan India dealer network) to meet their business challenges such as building brand awareness, promoting a product or service, communicate messages to their customers, improving workflow and communicating with employees, etc.
- In addition to the simple signs such as banners, posters, etc. we do complex projects and provide more complex custom signs and graphics, Trade show displays, digital signs, and vehicle graphics, etc. and manage the entire project from initial consultation to design, production, delivery, and installation. We also offer services like storage, shipping, and delivery to the dealer network of our Automotive clients.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Telesales roles, ideally within the Media and advertising industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
