Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Description:


- We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join our sales team.

- The Inbound Sales Executive will handle incoming inquiries and leads, providing information about our products or services, and guiding potential customers to make informed purchase decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Inbound Sales: Handle incoming sales inquiries, leads, and customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, provide product information, answer questions, and assist with product selection.

- Sales Guidance: Guide customers through the sales process, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to assess their suitability and readiness for purchase.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the Sales Manager.

- Customer Data: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in handling inbound inquiries.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

- Self-motivated, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneous.

Qualification: Diploma Or Graduation In Hotel Management & Administration.
