The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Booking customers flight tickets and making sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Need candidates with excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Sales Process.
