Executive - Immigration/Bench Sales - Recruitment (0-3 yrs)
Job Description:
Position Title: Immigration Sales Executive - W2 Sales
Experience: 0 - 3 years
Location: Alkapuri Vadodara, Gujarat.
Shift: US Shift (7 PM - 4 AM / 8 PM - 5 AM IST).
Schedule: 5 Days Working (Work from Office).
Responsibilities
- Place IT candidates available on Bench with Prime Vendors / Clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors and candidates through
phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Work with Prime Vendors on their requirements and submit candidates who match
those requirements.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback from clients.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Visa classification terms, rules, and policies.
- Knowledge of Employment type W2, Corp to Corp.
- Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder and Social Media
Platforms.
- Must be prompt in responding on Time to consultants, vendors and clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Essential Technical Skills Required:
- Bench Sales Recruitment, MS Word knowledge, Email Drafting, Professional Chatting,
- Good Communication skill.
