Executive - Horeca Sales (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities -
- Handling sales of dehydrated food products to organized retail accounts like Institutional sales, B2B, and Horeca.
- Servicing POs in coordination with the supply chain for stocks.
- Connect with prospects and customers to discuss their evolving needs and to present the company's offering to maximize sales & profits and at the same time nurture the relationship for sustainable business.
- Tracking outstanding and collecting the overdue by abiding by the credit period.
- Having an adequate pipeline of clients in various stages of the funnel to ensure future business.
- Establishing 100% sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for regions.
- Maintaining and growing sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Ensuring achievement of personal targets and alignment with company sales policies and strategies.
- Process bottlenecks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Developing knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition in the market.
- Preparing reports as needed.

Must Haves -
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of B2B sales (Institutional Sales and Horeca) experience in Food or related business.
- Experience reporting and consistently managing accurate pipelines
- Good track record of sales performance.
- Good connection with senior management in Food Industries.
- Good negotiation skills, good judgement with persuasive skills.
- Good understanding of the business, market sectors and customers
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personality.
Nice to haves -
- Experience working in the agriculture/renewable energy/manufacturing industries.
- Experience working in a start-up.
