POSITION PURPOSE
The role will be responsible to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring they receive exemplary service and support.
- This role involves managing inquiries, providing information about our services, and fostering a welcoming environment within our coworking space.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMUNITY:
- Community team is the face of a Suites and hence ensuring that the front desk is always manned by a experience team member.
- Conducting Suites Tours for all potential new clients
- Attending to our clients needs at all times and solve member issues
- Building a community environment that's conducive to collaboration
- Continuously measuring member satisfaction and strive to improve member satisfaction levels
- Working with local businesses in the vicinity to plan engagement events
OPERATIONS :
- Working with the Operations teams to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness of spaces, buildings, IT infrastructure, back-of-house areas, etc.
- Liaise with our Facilities & IT Support teams to resolve member issues such as Printers, Telephones, etc.
- Liaising with our Communications, Marketing & Technology teams to ensure that digital/email/print communications are conceptualized and go-live prior to events as per policy.
- Inspecting our amenities & services daily. When amenities or services need maintenance, raise tickets through our ticketing platform.
- Sending requirements for procurement to respective teams in a timely manner.
SALES & MARKETING :
- Conducting/Arranging walkthroughs and co-ordinate with Sales Team.
- Promoting members offerings
- Focusing on driving auxiliary revenue streams including meeting rooms, event spaces, etc.
- Working with Marketing team to ensure required visibility for your Suites location
- Operating within the framework set by TS Suites and be a flag bearer of Table Space values and ethos.
