Executive - Front Office/Customer Service (2-4 yrs)
Reception Duties : Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Communication : Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Provide information and resolve inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support : Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and handling mail and deliveries.
Documentation : Maintain and update records, files, and databases. Prepare and process various documents and reports.
Customer Service : Address and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently and professionally. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Office Management : Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and other common office spaces. Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
Coordination : Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
