Executive - Front Line Sales - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
Job Title : Front Line Sales Executive

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Purpose :
To offer customized insurance solutions to customers for all their financial needs and act as the primary interface between the customer and the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Directly sell insurance products to customers via appointments (office/home visits).
- Ensure leads/appointments allocated by the call center are attended and generate revenue.
- Achieve self-sourcing sales targets.
- Maintain daily business reporting, including MIS on sales calls (LMS), lead utilization, and conversion updates.

Qualifications :
- Minimum educational qualification : 12th grade up to graduation.
- 6 months to 1-year experience in life insurance direct sales.
- MBA Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible.
Skills & Requirements :
- Proficiency in Kannada and English.
- Age limit : Below 40 years.
- Mandatory : Bike and a valid driving license.
- Good communication skills, especially for MBA candidates.
