Executive - Front Desk (0-3 yrs)

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Position : Front Desk Executive

Timings : 9 AM - 6 PM

Work Location : PSI Sitapura Jaipur

Key Responsibilities :

- Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees, manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.

- Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage conference room bookings, and maintain accurate calendars.

- Escort visitors, ensure security compliance, provide guidance, and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.

- Respond to inquiries promptly, manage internal and external correspondence, and ensure timely and accurate communication.

- Operate and maintain office equipment, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and ensure proper functioning of audiovisual equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Collaborate with colleagues and departments, communicate effectively, and foster a positive team environment.

- Prepare expense reports, manage office utility bills, ensure compliance with reimbursement policies, and provide guidance to employees.

- Overall, the role requires good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to efficiently manage various responsibilities and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Skills and Qualities :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.

- Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.

- Strong communication and people skill

- Proficient in English & Hindi (Oral and written)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

Experience :

At least 1+ Years Experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or administrative positions.
