Job Description:

- As a Business Development Executive at Chai Waale, you will play a crucial role in expanding the franchise network and driving business growth in the assigned region.

- Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, generating leads, and ensuring the successful onboarding of franchisees.

- The ideal candidate is a motivated, client-focused individual with a strong passion for business development and brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential franchisees, presenting the company's franchise model and business opportunities.

2. Conduct market research to identify new territories and expansion prospects.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet franchise growth targets.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.

5. Provide comprehensive details on franchise requirements, fees, and operational processes.

6. Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective franchisees.

7. Guide franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring complete understanding of the franchise system.

8. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless franchise setup, including operations and marketing support.

9. Monitor franchise sales progress and present regular reports to management.

10. Represent Chai Waale at franchise-related events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role.

-Proven track record of achieving or exceeding franchise sales targets.

-Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of franchise business models and sales processes.

- Ability to manage multiple prospects and close sales effectively.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for business growth.

- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Fluency in English and Hindi, Knowledge of franchise business models.
