Executive - Franchise Sales - Auto/Vehicle (4-10 yrs)
1. Identify, recruit and on-board new Franchise partners within assigned territory.
2. Manage sales activities of franchise to generate revenue.
3. Coordinate with franchise to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
4. Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
5. Evaluate franchise sales performance and recommend improvements.
6. Manage sales pipeline & forecast monthly sales
7. Develop positive working relationship with franchise to build business.
8. Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
9. Communicate up-to-date information about products and enhancements to partners.
10. Assist in franchise marketing activities, campaigns and other promotional activities.
11. Any other activity or responsibility assigned by management from time to time.
