Bonanza Portfolio Limited, a leading financial services firm is looking to hire a - Franchise Development / Franchise Acquisition Executive- for their Office at Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Job Description:
Job Title: Franchise Development / Franchise Acquisition Executive
Function: Central Partner Assistance & Development Team
Reporting Structure: Head- Central PAD Team
No. of positions: 2
Desired candidate profile no.1:
Tamil + Hindi + English candidates NEED TO APPLY.
(preferred if he/she can also understand/ speak Malayalam)
Desired candidate profile no.2:
Bengali + Hindi + English candidates NEED ONLY APPLY.
(preferred if he/she can also understand/ speak Oriya)
Purpose:
- Supporting Sub brokers.
- Interacting with their investors.
- Helping in product closure and cross-selling and up-selling.
Role & Responsibilities (B2B andB2C work and its Operations work with no targets) :
1. Franchise Acquisition, Servicing and Development.
2. Lead Generation of financial products.
3. Activating the Inactive Clients.
4. Advising the investors on their investment.
5. Maintaining daily monthly calling data.
6. Identify the potential of the client and advise them.
7: Candidate must have good communication skills.
8: Supporting sub-brokers, pushing them to generate business, providing proper training.
9: All back-office work to be handled (Operations work).
Qualification :
Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience :
2 to 4 years of experience in Franchise Development in the Broking /BFSI industry.
Core Key Areas :
- Reactivation of Broking account,
- Cross selling of financial product,
- Upselling of structured products.
Key Skills :
Good enough presentable, Good communicator
CTC :
- 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
