Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Noida Sector132 (Field Role)
Compensation: Salary+ 1 Lakh Travel Allowance + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience in toy distribution. This is a field-based role, where you will be responsible for expanding market reach, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales within the toy industry, preferably with experience at companies such as Lego, Mettl, or Simba.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Market Expansion:
- Identify and target potential clients, including distributors and retailers within the toy industry.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and product visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, gather feedback, and provide solutions.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Field Operations and Reporting:
- Conduct field visits, maintaining a regular presence in the assigned territory to meet clients and drive sales.
- Track and report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor movements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales metrics and market insights.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the toy industry.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, pricing, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Experience : 3-4 years in toy distribution sales, ideally with field sales experience.
Target Companies : Candidates with experience at Lego, Mettl, Simba, or similar companies are preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regional markets and distribution networks within the toy industry.
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.
