Executive - Field Sales - Student Loan (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Acquisition of Channel partners i.e DSA/Consultants/Institutes/Dealer etc
- Manage and develop a high performing cross-functional team that is aligned with the goals of the product
- Achieve P&L objectives and ensure the necessary resources are in place to achieve goals Improving relationship with branches for asset loans
- Develop and maintain Relationship with partners
- Responsible for market share improvement
- Relationship management
Preferred Profile :
1. High performer with 1+ years- experience in Sales in Financial Services / Student Loans / Education Loan
2. Knowledge of English and the local language; good communication skills
3. Experience in managing a team
4. Location handling
