The Job
As Field Sales Executive, you will build businesses by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with customers- .
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify sales leads.
- Pitch our products to new clients.
- Maintain a good working relationship with prospective clients.
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Doing Regular follow-ups with existing customers & introducing new customers.
- Achieving the monthly targets.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Financial Services Industry.
- Should be from Chit Fund Background.

Education : Minimum SSLC/PUC/Any Degree.
Experience : 1-2+ Years Experience in Direct Marketing & Sales.
- A valid Driving License is required.
- Experience within Area Sales, Sales Training and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering Financial Services is a strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
