Executive - Field Sales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
- Submit work to the next level hierarchy for input and approval.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients & property owners through networking, referrals, and online sources.
- Meet with clients & property owners to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
- Review properties of clients and collect all the information, the features and benefits of each property.
- Capable of working in Land acquisition and Property management.
- Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients & property owners through the closing process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients & property owners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Vehicles are mandatory.
Skills :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in Hindi & English
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- High school degree
