The Job

You will be responsible for:

Building relationships: Developing relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, and then pitching products or services to meet those needs

Sales presentations: Creating sales presentations for prospective customers to create awareness of the company's products or services

Customer service: Providing superior customer service to clients by identifying their needs and goals

Sales targets: Creating sales targets and working to meet them individually and as a team

Sales strategies: Developing new sales strategies and models, and anticipating what will happen in the market

Communication: Communicating with people from different backgrounds and professions

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
