Executive - Field Sales - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
We are hiring experiences Sales professional from similar background of Min. 1 Years a Leading Real Estate Group. Details below:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and profitability in projects by keeping current with supply
- and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Prepare visit plan so as to visit at least 4 projects in a month to capture developments
- Visit markets in the area assigned as per plan and generate leads
- Identify new markets & Sales Prospecting
- Update self on projects, their USPs and schemes as well as capture competitor's information and
- communicate to the management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
- establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Reach customer through social media
- Update customers on development and progress at site
- Conduct Market research for existing projects and do analysis
- Be abreast and carry inputs like Presentations, Project brochures, leaflets and price list etc
- Ensure Booking from customers and ensure unit availability.
- Capture complete information of the customer in the booking form.
- Ensure Site visit and visit of prospects to the sites and sample units
- Ensure the collection of payments from customers
- Coordinate for tracking of outstanding of the customers on regular basis
- Organize and conduct events and promotional activities for projects as per plan
- Ensure that the booking of the units is updated to the CRM
- Coordinate with construction, architecture and accounts team as and when required
- Ensure proper hospitality, attend queries and create an ambience for customer delight on their
- site visit
- Any other task as assigned by management as and when required.

- Be a self-motivated individual and display initiative
- Be courteous with the staff and customers
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures
